We met Amber right at the start of our blogging journey (see the collab here) and we have been in touch ever since. We absolutely LOVE her work as the head designer and girlboss at Little Ghost. Read our little interview below and you sure will fall in love with here too! You can visit her website here.

“At Little Ghost Boutique we believe that within each and every woman is a natural born goddess that deserves celebrating, every day.”

What other women in your life inspire you?

My friends inspire me, the ones navigating through parenthood, the ones hustling everyday to make their dreams reality – The ones doing BOTH!
I am lucky enough to be surrounded by some incredibly talented, awesome babes that are chasing their dreams, setting goals and not looking back, Lucy Wilson from Bloody Mary Metal, Tanja Jade – Misery, Maiko Nagao, Renee Naturally.
My Instagram family forever inspiring and encouraging their fellow hustlers (Serendiptiy Ave), Monday Hustle, 30 vs 30, all the amazing makeup artists and bloggers I have had the pleasure of collaborating with.
Meeting, reading or hearing about girls that have taken a leap of faith (in themselves) really inspire me.

What does a typical day in the life of Amber Bibby look like?

I have 2 boys, a 3 year old and 5 moth old – So keeping two small people alive and happy is a major part of my day. I work from my humble office at home so when Im not doing all the glamorous chores of being a ‘stay at home mum’/superwoman, I am drinking a gallon of coffee and chasing my goals and dreams.
THE HUSTLE IS REAL!

Do you have a life motto and if so what is it?

Depends what inspiring quotes I have read on Instagram that day 🙂
‘Feel the fear and do it anyway’ – Its scary starting up your own business!

What is your favourite snack?

Currently obsessed with these Paleo peanut butter balls from the supermarket! Chocolate. Popcorn. Carrots. Honey crumpets, – and in secret land I sneak spoonfuls of Nutella… mmmmm, Im hungry now…

What made you start Little Ghost?

The story of Little Ghost dates back nearly a decade. I first had the inspiration for the name when I was working in marketing but the actual “what” of what Little Ghost would be wasn’t defined at that stage. After becoming a mum and wanting to channel my creativity, Little Ghost formed into a more concrete idea and I knew that high-quality, handmade accessories that celebrated the goddess in each of us was the “what” I had been looking for. Having spent the best part of two years building the Little Ghost brand, it felt like the perfect time to expand our offering with likeminded brands and create an online boutique. The aim was to create a destination where woman (and men) could discover amazing brands that not only reflect their individuality but ultimately make them feel beautiful.

What would you tell your younger self? Or younger girls as advise to live by?

This may seem so simple – but being authentically you. I am still striving to do just that and have to remind myself that we are not designed to fit into a mould, that it is so important to embrace who you are – and what makes your heart sing.
Dance to the beat of your own drum! OWN who you are! Weather it be the fashion you choose to play in, stories you write, the people you help and influence. Believe in your magic!
Do you. x

What is something nobody knows about you?

Im quite superstitious…

Once I initially commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now each time a remark is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any manner you can take away me from that service? Thanks!
